I've got a new Friend !

Heys all! Say Hi to my new little friend here....

Her name is Little Gen... =D Awww, she's so Cuteee rite? Just like the Real Gen, duncha thinkkk? *Winks*

I got this bouquet during a iCARE appreication function this morning. Itz my first time getting such a cute bouquet, but unfortunately itz not from a cute German guy though! hahaha!

It was an awesome morning (minus the sudden pouring rain) ... chatting, laughing and doing silly stuff like playing with mic (yeah, we are 21.. not the other way round!). But of course the best part is the food! Yum yum yum yum yum......*burrrp!* =D

Alvina and meee...

Mr Reza (Section Head of ISS), Ankiqth and me..Oh, Mr Reza...i must say smth about him.. He's an ultra eloquent and calm guy who has a excellent sense of humour. His witty and funny comments just make me speechless sometimes!!

Little Samantha, Little Gen and Me... =P Samantha's Ms Dieu's (another ISS staff) daugther. She's simply Adorableeeee!! And the main attraction of the function too. =P (Even little Gen wasnt her match... =P)

Haha...No comments about this pic..Just that... the one in red isnt me.

Nah, itz not me....

C'mon, Gen is supposed to be a demure girl rite!?

*falls off chair* =P=P=P

Gee, i'm so glad i joined iCARE. It injected many many colours into my mugger life! All the mad rush during the events(some call ourselves iCAR-RIERS cos we had to carry so many things during events! So funny!=P), all the late nights, the meetings, the appreciation functions etc etc.... Ohhh.. i'm gonna miss all of them! Also, i'm going to miss befriending all the cute European guys during the events! Hahahaha=P

But most importantly, *puts eye-drop* i'll really miss working with the awesome group of people from iCARE and ISS (international student services)............. =S

Hey iCare, Wait for me!

I'll be back.

A Dream fulfilled.....

I Did It. Yes I reallly did it !!! I'm now a proud holder of a Class 2B license! Lalala~

BTW for those who dunno, Class 2B = motorcycle license... *vrooom vrooommm* !!!

Hmmm, One word to describe my whole morning yesterday.
W.A.I.T.I.N.G. N .W.A.I.T.I.N.G.........

Okies, that's 3 words. Heh.

The actual test lasted only about 20 min, but i had to report about 3 hours before that. Craziee! We reported at 7.30am and waited (after some warm-up rounds and briefing session) till 9.30 for the test to start. We lined up according to our number tags, and waited for our turns. (There were 56 testees before me...90 testees in all.... faint!)

After the test,we had to wait for the result in a waiting room. Gosh, U could feel everyone's heart pounding louder every second. Some rocked their chairs/figet so much that i wondered how long it will take before their chairs split apart. And the worst was... I was one of them!! muahaha...I couldnt help it!! Tried calling two friends for a chat, but one was in a movie, another dint on his phone!! Then tried to call my sisters, but one was in a meeting, another was fetching my niece for piano lesson! Urgh! Terribleee........

Nevertheless, thank goodness everything went well. I remembered a friend made a comment that a girl would need 2 years to pass her Class 2B license. So evil! Ok, i'm sure he was just exaggerating... but still i'm really glad that i've proved him wrong.

So, one dream fulfilled..... what's next ? hmmm.......
Class 2A maybe? (for bigger bikes)
Or maybe a Yacht license, as what my dad suggested.. =P

We'll see........=)

Ladies and Gentlemen..........

I'm a proud cordinator of the International Student Orientation ISO- July'05............

No lar... just for the National Costume Parade Presentation part.... *MeGa GrinZ* =D =D =D

At last, gone are the hair-pulling days and the sleepless nights! And also the compulsive sms-ing (using hp somemore!) and email writing...

It was a great experience. Nothing like those impromptu crazy cheering stuff that i did during the days in the House Commitee. Everything had to be well planned and the preparation had to start much earlier. Along the way, i've learnt quite a few valuable lessons ...

1) Dun try to use your hp to send a mass sms. Especially when u have 14 models each time. U'll get a heart attack when the bill comes. The internet sms is there save ur life!
2)Always be prepared to encounter last minute problems... But, if you cant control it, dun think abt it.
3)Being busy doesn't slim you down. (I tot I would...............=S)
4)I think i have a fetish for bald guys......

Okies, now for the pics.... the fruit of our labour....
